It's the best sashimi in town...
[So naturally, there's a long wait with a line out the door. Simon doesn't mind. He's used to waiting and delectable food is, after all, a better thing to wait for than the noose. It certainly isn't as though he was about to eat greasy, breaded, bottom-crawling farm fish like so many Americans were fond of doing. This is completely worth it and he is definitely not bored out of his mind at all.]

I wouldn't want you to feel as though you were wasting your time here as a tourist. After all, there are many places in this city that serve so-called sushi. As a foreigner, the Americanized would be just as novel to you as the authentic, would it not? It's not as though you would be able to taste the difference.
